Welcome to the Connecticut Prison Hospice Initiative

The Connecticut Prison Hospice Initiative (CPHI) was developed to design, support and oversee hospice and palliative care programs for inmates in the State of Connecticut. CPHI is a member of the Palliative and Hospice Care Committee of the Connecticut Cancer Partnership and of the Planning Committee of the Connecticut Hospice-Veteran Partnership.
