Synergy Home Health, has an opprotunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as Supervisor of Clinical Services. Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality of care and continue to preserve the patient's dignity while recovering at home. The candidate will need to possess a current state license as an RN with a BSN preferred. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the maintaining of the quality of the clinical services, which will include enforcing and demonstrating compliance with all State and Federal Regulations, which include:
- Coordinate and management of services rendered to the patients families
- Supervision of nursing personnel
- Development of policy and procedure affecting clinical services
- Recruitment, seclection and orientation of staff
Candidates must have:
- Thorough knowledge of State and Federal Regulations
